PreSales INSIGHT is built and managed using Notion for content management and Bullet for web publishing. I’m frequently asked why I chose Notion, so I wanted to share a few reason:

Notion for PreSales Professionals
Notion is easy to learn and use! I find it a powerful, approachable, and affordable platform for managing automation and content. It lets me create reusable templates that you can copy and use. Creating a template is as simple as building a document in Google Docs or Microsoft Word, with no coding required. Notion also enables me to incorporate automation while building lists (databases), charts, and other common design elements.
While Notion may not be the absolute best design solution, it's certainly the easiest and most affordable platform to use to get things done. The free plan offers extensive functionality without requiring an upgrade—making it easy to start with and grow into additional capabilities as needed.
Perfection is the Death of Content
I’m not trying to reinvent the wheel or create pixel-perfect content. My focus is delivering focused content to presales professionals. While I want my content and site to look good, I don’t want to spend my time and energy on design details.

I am a fan of using AI to augment content rather than build from scratch. AI is especially useful when working with large lists—I can create a single prompt that cascades through tables and databases. This saves me significant time and effort.
